DesignOne Consultants, Inc. is a multi-disciplined design firm that provides site planning,
landscape architecture, project consultation, and construction management services, that was
formed from collaborations of a design firm and a construction firm. DesignOne Consultants,
Inc. has expertise in all aspects of design and project management.

DesignOne Consultants, Inc. was originally conceived by Jason Sherrill under the name of Jason-Christopher Design Group in
1993. In 1995, Jason formed/joined Sovereign Design, where in addition to the recreation design, the firm expanded its services
to included golf course design, multi-family and single family residential communities, mixed use developments, retail and
commercial facilities. In February of 2001, Jason Sherrill left Sovereign Design to form DesignOne Consultants, Inc. and
SportsOne Development, Inc., to separate the two different consultant services.

The leadership and staff at DesignOne Consultants, Inc. gained much of their experience through the design and development of
numerous projects throughout the Colorado Front Range. Projects range from small scale condominium developments to larger
scale mixed use projects. It is the intention of the staff at DesignOne Consultants, Inc. to create and deliver projects that represent
a cohesive, innovative, and dynamic approach. We believe every project, big or small, has something special to offer to the
community, whether it is a carefully placed bench along a heavily traveled corridor or a mixed use development laced into the fabric
of a vibrant downtown.

We use the latest technology to produce descriptive images and clear and concise construction documents. We also pride
ourselves in enrolling user groups and owners into the creative process of developing their neighborhoods.

Founded in 1996, RLC Design, Inc. is a full service architectural firm specializing in custom residential
architecture, production housing, and multifamily projects. Our office works diligently to achieve three
goals on each project: create timeless architecture, achieve plan functionality, and most importantly give
individualized service to our clients. This philosophy has proved to be successful, earning our office
Mame Awards for multi-family housing and a Denver HBA CARE Award for single-family architecture.

Experience sets us apart with regard to multi-family housing. RLC Design has been the architect of record on more than 1200
units over the past two years. This experience has given our firm the knowledge to see market trends, meet Code and
technical requirements, and most importantly give buyers a product they enjoy calling their home.

Fisbeck/Sheel, a rapidly growing construction company based in Greeley, was founded
by Steve Fisbeck and Bill Sheel in 1993. Over the course of the past decade
Fisbeck/Sheel has been involved with some of the largest construction projects in
Colorado. Fisbeck/Sheel has done a lot of work for the Catholic Church, with projects in
